HyBoyJay
I just got my router all set up but can't figure out why nothing is showing up on the map other than my location and the ping bar. Not showing servers etc...Any Idea on what I should check?
PharmDawgg
Step 1 Please make sure you have set the Geo-Filter up correctly by following the instructions here. Step 2 Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser to access the NETDUMA interface. Step 3 Make sure that the Geo-Filter is enabled and that 'Show Hosts' is ticked. Step 4 Confirm that the correct device is selected on the Geo-Filter. If you've switched to using a different console, from wired to wireless or from wireless to wired then the console will show up as a new device and you will need to add the new device to the Geo-Filter.This is because the network interfaces of the console have different identifiers (MAC Addresses) so show up as different devices on the NETDUMA. Step 5 Go to Settings > Miscellaneous, ensure you have auto cloud and bleeding edge cloud ticked and applied. If these are ticked already press apply again to re-flush the cloud. Step 6 Reboot the NETDUMA. You can do this by going to Settings > Miscellaneous and clicking 'Reboot Router'.
fuzzy clam
I would follow Buck's advice above and it should clear up your issues, if not post back and let us know.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 11, 2017 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2017 I think you have created a thread on this already. The suggestions in either thread should get you sorted.
