Smoggie21 Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Hi Fraser When testing speeds using speed.net my results are awful. I pay virgin media for 200 download and 12 upload. My results show 20-35 download and 6-7 upload. I have followed optimal settings and these are the results I get. I have had the netduma 12 months and never had these type of results. Have checked with virgin and the say everything is fine the IPS in the area at max is only used 45%. Ping is 14-18. Lately my games on IW are awful too, actually see characters stutter across the screen. Can you help????
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 23, 2017 Administrators Posted February 23, 2017 Double check everything from here: Reactive Algorithm 100% anti-flood Share excess enabled Reset device prioritisation & apply Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc Disable deep packet in misc Enable turbo mode Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds. Do a wired speed test from a PC

N3CR0 Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 I've had the same problem (also on Virgin 200d 12u) and found if I put it on reactive and have the ethernet cable plugging in (not wifi) I get the full speed.

Everything now as it should be. Thanks for the support throughout and can't wait to start using OS, any idea on release times??
