Anybody from uk who can help me out with my new netduma iv tried loads of setting and still get laggy games on iw. i run vodafone broadband 73 up 19 down nothing i seam to do works any help would be greatful thanks

The servers are down.

If you're getting any games at all then they are probably P2P and laggy as hell.

 

If you mean always laggy and not just since the servers fell over, then read the following and post the screenshots that it mentions.
