Have you changed any settings recently?

I did a factory reset to see if that would help and it didn't When you click "show details", what's your average ping? It's worth saying that below 60ms ping is considered a fantastic ping for gaming on; you'll still have great games on 40ms. You could try switching out your ethernet wire, or try setting your ping assist to 40ms to see if you can find games lower than that; but ultimately you should be having pretty good games. Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted January 25, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted January 25, 2017 It shows avg 20 ms. I'll try switching out my wire. If you're positive that you used to get 20ms ping to Dallas then it's likely that something local has changed. Try doing a pingplotter test; running one of those tests for 2 hours to twitter.com should let you know what's up. It could potentially be your connection to the Google server (which is how Internet Diagnostics works on the Netduma).

I'm not saying this is your issue but I have run across different pings to the same dedi bank but a different server on that bank, same geographical location just a different ID,I know this shouldn't happen but it has in the past. Again your milage may vary and like Jack said it might be an ISP line issue again have had that happen also constant pings to a dedi bank and then my ping was up by 15-20 ms for about a week and then it went back to normal. It was an Issue with my ISP and the fact that I have cable for internet. And like Jack said try switching the cable out and see if it makes a difference.
