Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted May 14, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted May 14, 2015 yeah wired pc and ps4 just speed drops So are you getting normal speeds on PC but lower speeds on PS4? If I've understood correctly, then thats because the PS4 speed test is unreliable.

Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted May 14, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted May 14, 2015 no getting slow speeds on pc So you sometimes have the full speeds but other times it is low, is that correct? Is there anything else using your internet connection when it is slow and have you set the congestion control to 100% when you are resting? Zennon
When you are seeing slow speeds have you checked what you are getting from the virgin hub only without the netduma connected to rule out the hub playing up?

Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted May 14, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted May 14, 2015 yes it is Would you be able to take it out of Modem Mode, connect the Netduma and then see if the speeds are still slow. I know this will probably give you a closed NAT but if the speeds are sorted out we can open the NAT after Also, are you on the latest version?
