Need help

Hi .. I was having trouble opening my nat . But after some help on here I got it open via port forwarding.. but now my ping has gone up to 900 ! . Basically not playable .. is there something I've missed ?

Update on this .. it seems to be playing fine I'm getting good connections.. but I can't check the ping the user interface of the duma is so slow it won't load.. maybe something simple I'm over looking ?

Make sure you're using the default theme on the router not V2. Also double check this guide: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022397-why-can-t-i-ping-

Settings > Miscellaneous right at the bottom.

That seems to have done the trick .. turn off geofilter load up the game then turn geofilter on works perfectly so far

That's great to hear that trick works since the game connects to a "matchmaking" server upon being booted up; if the Geofilter blocks any of those sorts of background servers it can affect your NAT. Port forwarding can often fix it, but the best fix is simply turning it on once you're in the game. Glad it worked
