XSXS Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 Can anyone explain more in detail the difference between the two that is shown in this guide? http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=destiny_crucible I would think the fast search setting would give better games? What does putting your geo location in the middle of your region actually do? What's the difference if I set my location in AZ, and i set the geo filter to include the entire US. Or I set my location in the middle of the US to cover the United States?
XSXS Posted January 17, 2017 Author Posted January 17, 2017 There would have to be some sort of difference, no? Or why suggest two different settings in the guide. Or are you just answering my last question?
frustrated Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 One is with strict ticked meaning I'd say longer search, as it's looking for inside geo only, but this will cause you to get kicked maybe! I'd use geo over home location set to a radius you think suits your area, then leave strict unticked, so to me that's the faster search time, Ping assist at 0. That's how I used mine Search times seemed fast enough, connection red bars etc are just hit and miss, as you probably no
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 17, 2017 Administrators Posted January 17, 2017 For a start that's the old WiKi, would use support.netduma.com instead now. As Frustrated describes above!
