Question abt Congestion Control Upload Cap /Download Cap Slider

On the Congestion Control GUI, after I change the Upload Cap / Download Cap Slider settings, do I need to click anything (e.g. "Update Distribution" button) to make the new slider settings take effect?

 

Or do the new settings take effect on their own after I change the Upload Cap / Download Cap Slider settings?

They apply when you let go of the slider

I refresh the page afterwards, just to be sure they've 'stuck' (it's become a habit now). But as ModBoX says.

Just as MoD says

 

If there is no button to save your settings then it either saves automatically or having "Enable cookies" ticked will save it.
