Hosts outside radius (with screenshots)

Recommended Posts

Um you have it set up wrong. It's either distance in miles or PA not both. If both are enabled players will appear outside circle if ping is met.

To correctly set up either use 500 miles, zero PA.

Or 50 PA and lowest miles which is like 89 strict enabled of course.

Hope this clears up your issue. Of course 2 minute delay once you change settings.

Dude I don't understand what you are talking about? Distance in miles, Where? What do you mean by PA?

Are you saying I have to turn off ping assist?

Ok I went through and read the manual and figured out what slipnot was talking about and reset everything and still getting hosts outside the radius and its not blocking hosts like it used to with all the exclamations. Sure would be nice if one of the netduma ppl could chime in help me out. I know its Sunday so sorry about that.

So I have my duma is set to auto ping host and my geo is set to 661km all of the hosts were/are showing up outside radius. Whats going on? Please advise.

Please read this and see if it resolves the problem. In particular check to make sure that the GeoFIlter is enabled for the device you are using.

None of the hosts shown in the screen shots that the OP posted were connected to due to ping assist.

I turned off ping assist to 0ms. I still get hosts outside radius. I son't get it. Strict mode is on box below my ps4 is ticked for enabled. I have tried everything. I dont get it? It's not blocking hosts period cause it used to show exclamation points b4 now it doesn't do that anymore with the new update.

Are you on the latest version (1.03.6)? Can you post a screen shot of the very top of the GeoFilter please. You could also try rebooting or even factory resetting if you want to get it working asap.

Crossy didn't. Version 2 with panther background cause this issue while back? At the very bottom of misc. That's why his dots are green.

I'm not aware of that. But it looks like he's using the default theme - the dots are green because his console is using the second GeoFilter slot.

I don't know how to change it off of version 2. I have always had green dots and never had a problem. Let me know your thoughts.

You don't have the second GeoFilter device enabled which is the one showing on the GeoFilter. You need to click the enable checkbox to turn filtering on.
