Cshot08
Hello. I have been using this r1 for a few months. On Sunday it kicked me off psn and I couldn't log in. I reset my modem and netduma and wouldn't let me on. No internet connection through wifi. PS4 says dns error. Windows says dns issues. Reset to factory with no luck. Not sure what to do from here. When I go to setting on web browser, r1 says something about multiple misc pages, report to support.

Eyedied
I'm having a similar issue. I've reset both my cable modem and Netduma multiple times. I did the factory reset on the Netduma. As soon as I did that I got internet back for about 10 seconds, then it stopped working again. The Netduma sees the internet and when I run the Internet Diagnosis it says everything is excellent. It also sees my devices (xbox one and desktop) in the Device Manager, but I cannot access the internet from my desktop and the "Xbox is getting the DNS isn't resolving Xbox server names" error. I set the DNS to both Auto and manual and tried both Cox's DNS and 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in the manual settings. I am getting a DHCP address from the Netduma. I've also tried setting the address statically and still no change. Originally when the issues started a few weeks ago, my desktop wouldn't connect to the Netduma through ethernet or wifi, even after resetting the router, but my xbox was still working fine wired. Now after the factory reset, I can connect both wired and wireless from my desktop again, but just no connection through the router. I also verified my Cox cable modem connection by connecting my desktop to it directly and it worked as expected. Also my desktop works fine through another router. Any ideas? Thanks. Zennon
WiFi password is now netdumar1 after a factory reset To see if it is a DHCP issue... Turn off you Netduma and turn off your ISP router, wait over two minutes thenboot the ISP router wait two minutes for it to fully boot then boot the Netduma.
