That particular profile is meant to move your location in the sea.

 

If you like that profile but not the location just move your location to where you live.

Goto Host Filtering> Geo-Filter...  then click on the house icon & now click on the map where you live. You can zoom in if you want by clicking the magnifying glass icon, choose a zoom level (higher numbers zoom in more) then click on the geo map near to where you want to zoom in to get your location near prefect, click on the geo map again to zoom back out. When you've finished zooming, click on the 'X' icon where the magnifying glass was.

 

Now you can goto Profiles and save those current settings in your own profile. When you've finished gaming, you can load another profile to turn all settings to default.

 

You should stick around a lot more and read older posts as to why certain settings are configured that way

As everyone has said it sounds like you're using the CoD Ultimate profile as that is what it does and uses ping assist exclusively. You can just click the home icon and click where you live. ~1000km radius, strict on, pa 0.
