Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted October 10, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted October 10, 2016 Hi, welcome to the forum! Make sure you put the WAN IP into the BT Hubs DMZ. After that, try putting these into the PPPOE on the Netduma WAN page. abc123
Hey jordanmoon1, You can find out the IP of the Netduma by going to the "Misc", click "LAN" then it is at the top.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 11, 2016 Administrators Share Posted October 11, 2016 The WAN IP on the duma is located in the device manager. The BT hub may show the R1 as a MAC address instead, if so it will start with 'E'.
