jordanmoon1 Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Hi, I have recently switched ISP and i cannot get my netduma to work with the BT smart hub. I don't know what to do the internet works fine just with my ISP hub but not when I connect the netduma. I get no internet.

abc123 Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Hey jordanmoon1, You can find out the IP of the Netduma by going to the "Misc", click "LAN" then it is at the top.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 11, 2016 Administrators Posted October 11, 2016 The WAN IP on the duma is located in the device manager. The BT hub may show the R1 as a MAC address instead, if so it will start with 'E'.
