DNS isnt resolving xbox server names

Just got my netduma R1 followed the setup instructions, tried to connect to it and got this message, DNS isnt resolving xbox server names, tried reseting both my netduma and primary router nothing has worked please help

Try this...

If that doesn't work then purge your Xbox cache (Google if you don't know how), then unplug your Netduma + ISP hub and leave them off for 5 mins.

Turn on the hub and wait 5 mins.

Turn on the Netduma and wait 5 mins.

Turn on the Xbox and see if it's working.

Make sure you wait for the 5 minutes to clear the gremlins.

 

If that doesn't work then detail your setup and the information that is requested here (including the screenshots that it asks for)...

Hey, welcome to the forum!

 

Ensure your console is connecting via automatic network settings. 

 

In settings > miscellaneous on the R1 make sure you have auto & bleeding edge cloud ticked and applied.

thanks for the tips, i had to manually enter my DNS numbers, after connecting for about 3 minutes, i received the same message, DNS isnt resolving xbox serve names, anything i should do different?
