ColonicBoom
Try this... http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/networking/network-connection-error-solution If that doesn't work then purge your Xbox cache (Google if you don't know how), then unplug your Netduma + ISP hub and leave them off for 5 mins. Turn on the hub and wait 5 mins. Turn on the Netduma and wait 5 mins. Turn on the Xbox and see if it's working. Make sure you wait for the 5 minutes to clear the gremlins. If that doesn't work then detail your setup and the information that is requested here (including the screenshots that it asks for)... http://forum.netduma.com/topic/11776-please-read-before-posting-a-support-thread/
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 8, 2016 Administrators Share Posted September 8, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum! Ensure your console is connecting via automatic network settings. In settings > miscellaneous on the R1 make sure you have auto & bleeding edge cloud ticked and applied.
