mark
Hi guys just changed my isp to sky and I'm stuck on this part of the installation guide 9. Check the box 'Default DMZ Server' and enter the Netduma R1 address, which should be 192.168.0.x > then click 'Apply' at bottom of page. If you are on R1 version 1.02.3 or above go to "Device Manager" at the top of the page you'll see "WAN IP", you can get the "x" from there. I'm running latest firmware what number is the X in the address thanks in advance

BIG__DOG
i do not have sky, but the setup should be as follows. duma poe port connected to a lan port (port 1) of sky router. then a ethernet cable from port 1 lan of duma into your pc. you will need to power cycle the router and sky modem seperately too. boot up sky modem then when it is fully connected to the internet power on the netduma. it should automatically give you a wan ip. it maybe a good idea to click factory reset on the duma and unplug it for 5 mins when you hear it beep. then begin the boot sequence. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 27, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 27, 2016 Please follow the above advice. You will need an internet connection through the duma in order to see a WAN IP.
