ColonicBoom
Make sure you test with pingplotter over ethernet too. Right click the graph (along the bottom) to display 'hours' and run it for a couple of hours at peak time. Ping something big and local (to your country). When I test my line I always test while nobody else in my house is able to use the internet (I mean, turn off wifi so they can't mess up your results). Zennon
There is a real problem with packet loss and jitter here. I see 2 devices before the internet in one picture the jitter starts at the ISP router/modem, is it possible you could test directly from the ISP router/modem so we can see if the packet loss persists please, to rule it in or out of diagnostics. Follow Yoda Z's advice and plug directly into your modem, this man will help you get your issues sorted.
Skiparachi901
Here it is coming straight from the ISP router/modem. It's playing a lot better without the DUMA right now. What gives?
Skiparachi901
This is after I plug the DUMA back in.
Zennon
There is jitter and packet loss directly from the ISP router which is bad and is either the ISP router, the cable from the wall to the ISP router or the Broadband line it's self causing it. This is getting amplified when going to the duma this maybe the Ethernet cable from your ISP router to the duma. Try a new Ethernet cable to the duma from the ISP router, but there is a major issue in the first place that needs fixed, I feel bad for you looking at your plots. A list of things I would do in the correct order of diagnosis. 1 Try a new cable from the wall to the ISP router, retest with ping plotter directly from the ISP router, still the same? move to number 2. 2 Get a new ISP router, retest with ping plotter directly from the ISP router, still the same? move to number 3. 3 Have the line checked by a competent engineer if fixed retest with ping plotter directly from the ISP router. 4 Change the Ethernet cable from the ISP router to the Netduma. As Z said that's pretty bad if that's coming right out of the ISP's modem, definitely a jitter issue I'm guessing you have cable internet ?
