LOUD--NINJA
Anyone else having this issue where your NAT goes from Open to Moderate. Only thing that works is rebooting Modem and NetDuma. Should this be happening?
ColonicBoom
I've had it a couple of times, simple reboot of Netduma + Xbox resolves it for me. If it's happening frequently... Please detail your setup, perhaps something is not quite set up correctly. Include makes and models and how they are connected. For example: ISP: Virgin Media Super Hub 4 (modem mode) > Netduma > PS4 (all over ethernet). ISP: TalkTalk Huawai HG633 (wifi disabled) > Netduma (UPnP + UPnP Forwarding), (wifi disabled) > Asus RT-N66U (access point) > Xbox One. (all over ethernet). ISP: BT Home Hub 5 (wifi disabled) > Netduma (in DMZ) > PS4. (wireless to PS4).

Setup- ISP: TWC Netgear CM500 > Netduma (wifi disabled) > Netgear Nighthawk R8000 (access point) > PS4. (Ethernet connection).
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 16, 2016 Is the CM500 in modem mode or do you have the duma in it's DMZ? Do you have a static IP set for the PS4 in the duma? Manually port forward the console & disable UPnP.
fuzzy clam
I think it has something to do with BO3 (if that's the game your playing) as it's happened to me before on PS4.All I had to do was close the application for BO3 and restart the PS4 and it would be open again.Which is definitely odd but not sure it's an issue with the duma. Same thing for me on my PS4; sometimes a restart will solve it or do the "connection test" and that will reset the PS4 to open.
