I have posted an order on the Netduma shop online to get one router, 10 hours ago. however, I didn't receive the Netduma team confirmation email yet. Please help.

Probably because would have been very late Saturday night in England where the team is based and today is Sunday. I am sure that your order will be processed ASAP on Monday.

I never received any emails about my order or dispatch. I checked my Junk Emails etc and nothing received.
