select service missing

Cant add my device, when i click add service (xbox one) nothing happens, even though it is in hypertraffic in cc.

Reboot the Netduma or turn the Netduma off for 5 minutes.

Tried both, and still missing, as soon as I select to add, another box comes up with select device, and your stuck on that, can't select anything.

Which browser ?

 

Have you added any new addons?

 

Have you tried another browser?

 

Have you tried adding a different service other than your console?

 

Do all four services act in the same way?

 

If all of the above are unapplicable have you tried a factory reset from misc settings?

Chrome, and never had this since had router last december.

Tried adding one, and nothing.

Just tried firefox...and that's the same.

And yes, all 4 act the same, comes up with select device, and you have to close the tab to shut it down.

You can back up your profile.

When i try to save a setting, its says error, there is a bug in the system somewhere.

Go to DHCP lease, does your device show up there? Make sure you're on the default theme of the router. Then go back and see if you're able to select it. 

 

What error do you get with saving a profile?

Same as when you released the latest firmware, name is too long etc.

And yes, its in DHCP lease, and ticked.
