hi guys, ive been running netduma for couple of weeks but unsure if im setup right. i try to use pppoe, however when i enter details im left with no internet.. anyone know a fix for this.

Hey, welcome to the forum Do you need to use PPoE? Only specific ISPs require it.

Hey, welcome to the forum! As above you may not not PPPoE, if you have internet without it then you should be fine.

You only need it if you are connecting directly to the modem. If you have a router in-between it isn't necessary. If you have an internet connection then it's definitely not needed

Im playing fifa and waiting on bf1 for ps4.

 

I have just convinced my

Mate to buy a netduma as he was having major lag issues and button lag on fifa, he jusy bought one and setup but struggling to see any improvements.

 

Does anyone have a dummies guide to setting up with virgin superhub and the best settings to use. He carried out ping tests and is pinging from 45ms to 155ms

Best bet would be to get him to make his own post directly. Modem mode > R1. 70/70 anti-flood, console in hyper traffic & use fifa profile.
