leeeroybiscuit
Appreciate any help and will try to explain this as best I can. Basically me and my brother have a xbox one console each and we can't seem to play any game that involves the ea servers at the same time. An example is pro clubs on FIFA 16. It never finds a game when we are in the same team but will find one no problem as soon as one of use leaves. One person can play clubs whilst the other plays Ultimate team however without issue. The connection is a virgin media super hub 2 in modem mode direct to the Netduma with both of our consoles connected to the netduma through ethernet and a powerline adapter. My understanding is that the EA servers don't like more than one thing connecting to them with the same IP address but could be wrong. Any help is very much appreciated
Zennon
Do you both have an open NAT when you are online together?
leeeroybiscuit
yeah we do, every other game is fine, can play cod for example on two separate consoles on the same network together. Just seems to be any ea games where you have to connect to the server. We can both play fifa when we are using the p2p connection but as soon as we both need to connect to the server and try and play clubs just doesn't let us find a match, but we are both connected to the servers at the same time. Must admit got me baffled
Zennon
I thought it may be a port issue but if you both have open NAT it may not be. You could try and forward Xbox one ports and EA ports to see if that makes a difference

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 2, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 2, 2016 Hey, please try Zennons advice. If that doesn't work please try disabling the Geo-filter and see if you can both connect.
leeeroybiscuit
Hey, please try Zennons advice. If that doesn't work please try disabling the Geo-filter and see if you can both connect. tried the port forwarding and still no luck, i never have the geo filter on when playing fifa as it causes issues when playing clubs anyway. Its just a strange one as we can both connect to the ea servers at the same time but can't play on them so on fifa we cant play clubs or co-op seasons as they require both users to be connected to the servers to play. We can both play separate games of Ultimate team at the same time without issue as this is p2p. Thanks for advice
