7GTV Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 Ok, so When I try to open software etc page wont load acts like it's not connected. I tried rebooting unplugging wires redoing wires Ethernet etc... And when I try to connect to the page still doesn't load. Internet works through the router still As my ps3 is connected through it and still able to get online with it.. I can get on multiplayer with ps3 still connected and checked all connection status as being connected. Just not able to load the software page. Any Ideas? Everything else works and on pc as well just not the page... This is what it says! The connection has timed out The server at 192.168.88.1 is taking too long to respond. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
iAmMoDBoX Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 Try http://r1/ or on windows open up a command prompt (press the windows key and R, then type in cmd and hit enter), type in ipconfig /all and look for where it says default gateway. What numbers are there? That will be the ip to your router.

Yes, I will try this when I get home, Wierd thing is i have never had a issue at all never connecting. So, I was like huh? why is it not pulling up now. I will try this and reply back with results.

Can you try what Mod Box said above.
