ColonicBoom
Ping Google dns 50% packet loss dumb is showing 3% packet loss any help please ? Ping something else more local, like BBC if you're in the UK, and see if that's better. How are you testing?
evo95
Ping plotter and net Duma. Internet diagnostics ?
ColonicBoom
Did you ping something else yet? Leave the trace interval at 2.5 seconds when you test - 1 second might be bugged.
ColonicBoom
If the PL remains then swap out your cables, reboot all of your network equipment, leave it all off for 5 mins. Turn it back on in the correct order (starting from the wall) at 5 minute intervals... Modem/ISP hub (wait 5), Netduma (wait 5), etc. Make sure you are testing over ethernet rather than wireless. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 25, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 25, 2016 If you're using the internet diagnosis it's possible there are some bad hops along the route for you. As above try ping plotter to ping a more local server and see if it persists
