nkalliatakis
Ever since I connected the netduma as my router, I cannot have a good connection for any other devices connected to it. It is currently the secondary router as it is connected to a TP-LINK router. The TP link is also giving off a wifi signal, as well as the Netduma. I once tried to directly connect the Netduma to the wall socket which provides the internet to the TP link, and I was able to retrieve a wifi signal from the Netduma, yet for some reason the ps4 did not receive an internet connection, even though it acknowledged the ethernet cable. Please help, what should I do? Why is this happening. Before I used to get 3 bars when I joined servers in Britain (I live in the UAE) and now I get 2 bars, because the netduma is connected... Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 13, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 13, 2016 Sounds like you won't be able to make use of the congestion control the way it is setup currently. You need to make sure all devices are connected to the duma so disable the wifi on the TP link to prevent any devices automatically connecting to it. Then use 70/70 anti-flood, console in hyper traffic and see how you go. Also ensure you put the R1 in the DMZ of the TP link. Is it the router provided by your ISP or do you have a separate ISP hub/modem?

Also, do you mind telling me what 70/70 anti-flood is? and console hyper traffic?

I have cable internet and so I'm forced to use the isp combo before the Netduma, I'm not able to have a separate modem first (according to my isp). Regarding 'Anti-Flood' and 'Hyper Traffic', if you don't know what they are then you need to read the wiki information.
