Acebri
Was just looking for some advice from you guys about problems i am experiencing when playing games like COD and BF games . I am experiencing really bad frame rate issues i cannot really explain it but it feels and plays awful and it only happens on call of duty and battlefield games . Was wondering if it is just me or is it a problem caused by the xbox one . Setup benq xl2420t monitor Bthh5 - netduma r1 wired to xbox one
Urge
If you haven't done it in a while or at all, reset your hard drive cache. That is one potential cause of bad frame rate drops.
KayOneX-24
Have you already checked your HDMI cables? Does this happen in multiplayer games only or even in the single player campaign?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 12, 2016 What is your average ping? Are you experiencing any packet loss? Do an internet diagnosis test and post the results here.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 16, 2016 Your base ping is a little on the high side but not too bad, no packet loss either. What is a typical game ping as shown by the duma? Around 50ms I suspect? You shouldn't have any frame rate issues with a ping like that. I would hazard a guess that the console for some reason can't handle it
Acebri
I am getting into games on cod between 30 and 40 ping what the netduma is showing me . The thing i dont understand is i will be untouchable, gameplay feeling so smooth and clean on a ping between 30 -40 ping then the next game like you said its like my xbox one cannot handle it unplayable out of sync rubbish, and on the same ping range 30-40 . Just not sure if it is an xbox one problem or a problem with my setup somewhere

Just not sure if it is an xbox one problem or a problem with my setup somewhere Okay so it doesn't happen every game. It could be the specific server or the console. Sounds like the router is set up well. Try the following, this will delete the Xbox cache: Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console. Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console. Plug the power cable back into the console. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange. Turn on the console using the power button.
ColonicBoom
I get this same occasional 'frame rate' issue playing BO3 (appearing to be out of sync), I have set in motion a change of isp (not just for this problem though) and am hoping that will finally sort it. It will be very obvious from my posts next week as to whether everything is resolved...
