DARK BAWGS Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 I had a major loss of my internet - turns out the "super-hub" at my ISP crashed. The Tech came and he put my modem back as a router and suggested I would have to do a factory reset on my R1. Then he left! When the internet came back I had to call the ISP and have them turn the router off on their modem. This done and I followed the steps to set my NetDuma up again and now I have got a Moderate Nat Type and can't seem to fix it. When I test the network on my PS4 it says the NAT is Type 2; yet in the game it is moderate. HELP! Thanks,
iAmMoDBoX Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 Sounds like you'll have to add the R1 into your modem's DMZ assuming it's a router/modem combo.
