Problems with loading congestion control and host filtering

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I really need your help, after I upgrade to 1.03.6g  version. I cannot load the pages of congestion control and host filtering. I just purchased the router for one month. I really need your help. Thank you so much

If you reboot the router does this problem solve? If not, can you right click the page while it is loading, then click 'Inspect Element', then 'Console' and see if there are any errors in red. If there are can you screen shot them and post them here.

I have tried many times to reboot the router, but it does not work. When I try to click Inspect Element, then "console" These errors in red it's has shown...

Have you turned off the router for 5 minutes waiting for the ram to deplete it's energy?

 

Have you tried using firefox or chrome?

yes  I did ... I am using chrome

Can you hard refresh the page Ctrl + F5, other wise factory reset from settings > misc.

Iain will probably need to access your router and see what the issue is. Will show him when he is feeling better.

Make sure the Netduma is in the DMZ of your other router (if you are connected to a modem don't worry about that) and ensure that allow remote support is enabled in settings >> miscellaneous.

Got Iain to have a look, we can't see anything that could be causing it. 

 

Could you please try on a mobile device or another device and see if it works. 

 

If so it looks like it maybe a firewall on your PC or similar causing it.

I don't know I try to turn off complete firewall on my computer. I try to use mobile device is the same thing happens.

Do you have any adblock in your browser or anything like that?
