Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted March 8, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted March 8, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum If you reboot the router does this problem solve? If not, can you right click the page while it is loading, then click 'Inspect Element', then 'Console' and see if there are any errors in red. If there are can you screen shot them and post them here.

Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted March 9, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted March 9, 2016 I really need your help, so how can I let you guys access my router? Make sure the Netduma is in the DMZ of your other router (if you are connected to a modem don't worry about that) and ensure that allow remote support is enabled in settings >> miscellaneous. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 25, 2016 Administrators Share Posted March 25, 2016 Got Iain to have a look, we can't see anything that could be causing it. Could you please try on a mobile device or another device and see if it works. If so it looks like it maybe a firewall on your PC or similar causing it.
