Infamous77 Posted March 5, 2016 Author Posted March 5, 2016 most of the time that ping graph just tries but never shows anything.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted March 5, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted March 5, 2016 Can you upgrade to the latest version.
Infamous77 Posted March 6, 2016 Author Posted March 6, 2016 says upgrade failed firmware already installed
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted March 6, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted March 6, 2016 says upgrade failed firmware already installed Ah right, ok, I didn't know you were already on the latest one Have you got congestion control set to 70% each way. You could also try putting your console in hyper traffic.
Infamous77 Posted March 7, 2016 Author Posted March 7, 2016 congestion usually set to 90 and have console on hyper traffic already
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7, 2016 Administrators Posted March 7, 2016 Would recommend 70/70 to eliminate congestion, do you also have share excess ticked on device prio? Are all devices connected to the R1?
Infamous77 Posted March 7, 2016 Author Posted March 7, 2016 all devices are connected to r1, i have share excess ticked. I ran it at 70/70 for a while but it chokes down the upload speed so bad. there are really no other devices being used at the time i am gaming though.
Infamous77 Posted March 8, 2016 Author Posted March 8, 2016 any ideas? its not every game but that is why i bought this router to eliminate the games that it was happening on.

You should be fine with 70% for the upload you have. Gaming does not require very much bandwidth at all. any ideas? its not every game but that is why i bought this router to eliminate the games that it was happening on. It sounds like it could be that specific host. I would temporarily ban it and move home location, strict on, PA 0 and try some other servers.
Infamous77 Posted March 10, 2016 Author Posted March 10, 2016 thanks, i'll try that. It seems like the ban server doesn't always work.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 10, 2016 Administrators Posted March 10, 2016 There are many servers located in a cluster at the same location. So it is banning that server, you're being put on another in that cluster

derekdorks Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 i have comcast paid 150 download 15 upload ..i have a netgear 6300 modem/router ...i have netgear to netduma then my pc and ps4 in the netduma..i have run several speedtest/blufferbloat/ping test and they seem to be fine..i just keep getting large spikes .
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 14, 2016 Administrators Posted March 14, 2016 That is definitely an issue with your line, your base ping is all over the place. Conduct tests over different times of day/different days and take it to your ISP as proof.
