I have been through forums and wiki.

I am trying to setup my static and dmz for my ps4.

I have my ps4 wired to netduma to time warner modem.

You need to set up a reserved IP address for yoru PS console on the R1 and remove any static IP addresses on the console. The R1 does not have a DMZ. The handling of the console via it's Reserved IP address is done thru the Geo-Filter and uPnP. Ensure uPnP is enabled on the R1.

All you need to do is get your WAN IP from here - Click Me!

Once you have that , click 'View other router interface' and find the DMZ settings on your other device, then enter the WAN IP from earlier :)

You should see a blue box on the device manager page. If you don't see this then you have a modem and therefore do not need to do anything relating to DMZ.

To set a static IP for your console on the R1 go to settings > DHCP lease and click reserve for the PS4 and enter a number between 100-250.

You can set it as that if you want it to keep it the same but it doesn't need to be the same.
