nffcbaz72 Posted January 7, 2016 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Hey thanks for the info -I dunno what it is there some games I go into and I'm like a god lightning fast shoot kill move on and then the next game I go into I'm like behind every one else walk round a corner shoot and I die instant but the ping shows as 50-6p the same as the game before -when I watch the cam it shows me walking round the corner and I'm there for a Lil bit I dunno wether I'm expecting to much from this product or wethere it's just not set up right for meExactly what I have noticed, same lobby too. Have you also noticed (game related only) how different 2nd half of games is??? If you have ghosts or aw, try it, its much better. It does what it says it does if you know how to set it up: It allows console users to pick the servers / hosts they play on to reduce... Not get rid of entirely... Latency aka Lag. Having this option is worth the price of the router alone, IMO since console games don't trust the average player to know what latency is let alone how it effects their game. When AW was out people were saying how awful it is and 'even duma' can't help. Now apparently it plays great. I'm sure in a years time people will be saying the same thing only with BO3. Honestly, it's the game. It's particularly bad on XB1, in my experience. They keep pushing out little updates almost daily and while that may seem unheard of from a big AAA company, most of the updates break one thing while not even fixing another. Also, subjective things keep getting changed like gun balance. One day one weapon is good, the next it's trash. I'm not talking about OP weapons. I mean, normal weapons like the the Razorback, ICR-1, etc. I can't play a game like this when the weapon stats change every single day almost. There is no consistency which is ironic because that is what needs to happen for Treyarch to fix the netcode if they are serious about optimizing connections on their end. If I play alone it is 20 to 30 average depends on the server. If I play with my friends from the other coast its over 100ms but it plays the same about every 15th game the plays great then 15 more of hit markers and instamelts. It is anoying.
