I've got the netduma plugged into the BT openreach modem and have tried following the instructions in this thread: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/7056-how-to-conect-r1-to-plusnet/ Unfortunately I still cannot connect. I'm not getting a WAN IP and it also says at the top 'interface not connected' or something like that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Joshua. HappyLittleChap Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 I'm with PlusNet also. Set my R1 up today. All I had to do was enter my plusnet username and password in the WAN PPPOE menu settings and reboot the R1. To do this you will also need to ensure your BT modem is plugged in the R1 and powered on.
