Have you slowed down the video in .25? theres nothing wrong with your connection you just got out gunned, he let off 2 rounds before you even started to ADS. If you would of got one more round in you would of won that gun fight and plus you did pretty good for going up against a hacker and before anyone says anything the dude for sure is hacking, hes watching seyes teammate through the wall in the kill cam, he knows your at the door when he jumps and he starts to ads the aimbot pulls to seyes teammate then he force corrects it to seyes. This is how his first round that was off to the right (Your left) looks like it misses but he gets a hit marker then "Seyes" starts to ADS in my opinion there is only 3 things you can do. 1 dial in you geo filter. from the video you post it looks like you have really good reaction times. If you were playing on a server closer to your location ping might of helped you get in that first round. The only problem about playing in low ping servers is the majority of the enemies are going to be demons or hackers and or both but as i said for years this is the only way to get better by playing against better 2 as fuzy stated open up your geo filter you will get higher ping but the game will compensate for the connection and put you into easier lobbies 3 get your self some hacks 😂

trust i know i have had multiple devices since original black ops dropped, couldn't get open nat on 2 devices at the same time to mw 2019

you can do it with upnp or assign 3074 to one device and 3075 to another you can go all the way up to 3079 now

look around in the settings you should see something that says dmz and then you put the IP address of your duma router there (DMZ just puts what ever device outside of the firewall)

Some servers are on private networks only way to connect to them is to actually be on the same network as them

if your netduma is behind your ISP Modem/Router you only need bridge mode for any rules you set up in the duma OS, Put the duma router in DMZ on the ISP's modem/router if there is not a bridge mode

do you have the basics done? static ip set to gaming device and duma network settings dhcp? upnp off and all ports for gaming device forwarded under network settings port forwarding?

the majority of these servers are located in schools, im assuming why sometimes they are up and sometimes they are offline is cause they are prob on some automated power when no one is there they shut down or go into sleep mode

those servers are to try to stop people from using vpn and geo filters, if you connect to the game with the geo filter on it with throw you on the opposite side of the globe with a 163 ping or higher, most people on pc dont know how to get vpn to work at the moment too
