A new update is being compiled currently, it'll get tested a little bit more, if everything looks okay I'll allow people to try it out tomorrow.

On the home page, under Support, you will see Latest Firmwares, click on that and then download the 4.0.23 for the R3 Device.

There is a 4.0.23 firmware. That is the most current firmware version.

.23 is your best option currently as well as doing the following:
Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. There have also been some reports it happens more with polygon rather than the radius/simple mode so try switching if it still happens.
