  1. Hey yall, I’m looking for any ways to make hit reg the best in bo7. I have the xr1000 on 1000d/50u fibre plan and play on pc ethernet + static ip. I’ve seen bufferbloat the most, but also nat type, adapter properties via windows etc get thrown around a lot. I play on very low ping so just trying to get the most out of it. I tend to feel inconsistencies here and there in terms of hit registration in bo7 at the moment. Sure, some could be skill issue + frame drops perhaps… However i’ve troubleshooted so much that the rest just seem to be wacky hit registration. I tend to notice it the most when shooting players about to run behind cover. Aswell as a fair handful of gunfights id otherwise never lose up close, i.e me: full health no shots missed, shooting them first to half health before they even start to shoot back and the likes. I’ve got a solid understanding thus far of most internet stuff so if any guidance or optimisations can be given to nailing this down, it’d be much appreciated!
  2. I'm pretty certain that my ISP uses CGNAT as a default. What should I do? Getting frustrated at how much troubleshooting needs to be done. I don't get why it was so simple with my old ISP to get open NAT Type but with the new ISP it's a mission.
  3. Tried that again just now, (unless i disabled it incorrectly) still no luck sadly.
  4. XR1000 is connected straight to the fiber connection box. Tried setting NAT to open in WAN settings also and that didn’t help change it.
  5. Hey, Just recently switched internet providers and to a fiber connection. Picked up the xr1000 with that. Prior to this, I would always have an open nat type in game, however since the upgrades I haven't been able to get it back. The methods/troubleshooting (not in order) I have tried are; * uPnP on, aswell as off * Port forwarding ( + static ip ) * Allowing through the firewall * Inbound and Outbound rules in firewall * Windows Powershell * Reserving IP address for my PC through DumaOS It was usually an otherwise simple easy fix when COD games would be on moderate for me in the past. However, right now I'm quite stumped as for what to do. Any help is greatly appreciated !
