Thanks, I updated to the early access and both issues have resolved. Also, I’ve noted that I need the full logs next time I have an issue. Sorry about that and thanks again!

Forgot to add DumaOS Version 4.0.540 App Version v4.0.192

For the app, it says “unknown error occurred” and remains at the login screen. I’m on iPhone 12, iOS 18.6.2 and the app is up to date I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. these are some of the most recent logs Thu Sep 11 21:26:23 2025 daemon.err cli.lua[4123]: [0;33m[WARNING]: [0mct 5a728558: time went backwards! CaSpA started following 2 Issues: App login/Geo Filter
-
I don’t check the forums often so I’m not sure if this issue has been addressed before or not. the first issue is with the iOS app. When I open it, it never lets me log in. I’ve tried rebooting the R3 and in the past that worked. Unfortunately it hasn’t worked in months. Not a huge issue as I can login when using a browser but it’s a quality of life thing I’m wondering how to fix for quicker and more convenient access. The other issue is once I’m signed there is a notification that Geo Filter isn’t working. When I do go to Geo Filter, the custom fence I set is gone and when I set a new filter, it doesn’t save. So every time I load the Geo Filter tab, it shows no preexisting fence. I’ve also tried adding devices to this and those never save either. what can I do to fix these? I’ve enabled remote access if that makes it easier to diagnose the issue. thanks!!

Ping Optimization has failed every time I’ve tried it

I did not enter any information, just plugged it all in and I am posting from a connected device so my answers to the questions would be: 1. United States 2. IPv6 3. nothing else to add other than everything else seems to be working to my knowledge. thanks! -

I apologize for not knowing this but how do I tell which connection setting I have? -

Thanks, four works for me now. I have four people in the house and we all game together at the same time which is my reason for asking. I know most cases won’t be catering to so many consoles online at the same time.
-
Yesterday I set up my Geo Filter and as I was adding my devices I noticed there is a limit of four. Luckily four is the exact amount I needed but I was wondering if that number could be expanded in the future. Additionally, are there any plans to allow Geo Filters per device? Say I have two PS5s and I want one to only connect to East coast servers while another allows any server in North America. I think this feature would be helpful in my case as I mainly play one game, yet another person plays a variety of online games and may not want such a small Geo fence. Lastly, is there a way to set Geo Filters by game? This could also solve the issue in my last question. Having a filter for Call of Duty with strict settings but more relaxed for Fortnite or APEX. Thanks!

Ping Optimization has failed every time I’ve tried it

I’ve tried it maybe 8 times and it has failed every time. I can test my ping without issue, but when I try the optimization it fails after maybe 30 seconds. -

Thanks! I’ll hang tight -
Just set up the R3 and everything has gone so smoothly, I love it already. However, every time I’ve tried to run the Ping Optimizer it fails after some time trying. Any suggestions on things to try and get this to complete? thanks!
