    They updated the Android app the other day and added support for the Hybrid VPN so I'm guessing its due soon, I personally don't mind waiting the R3 has already had more updates than the XR1000 did the entire time i used it. Hopefully not much longer

    I’ve owned an XR500, 700, 1000 and also a Netduma R1, 2 and also now the 3. I have always found the Netduma’s own routers run much more smoothly as opposed to Netgear. However this is my opinion only. I’ve found the whole Netduma team to be very honest and always helpful, and go above and beyond to help their customers. They even remote assist over the internet to help users where other companies will charge you crazy fees. They did this for me personally when I was having issues with my R2. They’re also still providing firmware for the Netduma 1 and 2 which they could be well within their right to say hey we no longer support this upgrade to the R3 yet they don’t.
    in regards to the firmware updates, they come out much quicker on Netduma routers compared to netgear. I was always frustrated with Netgear and how long they took to release firmware updates. Hence why recently Netgear Pro gaming is closing at the end of this month. I have other routers in my house and in my experience gaming has never been better on PC or Console than what it has been with the Netduma R3. 
    Even with the current bugs included, new firmware will come out soon and I have no doubt it will addresses a lot of the bugs. I personally would rather wait for quality updates rather than smaller little updates regularly but once again this is my opinion only. Poor form bagging the forum too I check it regularly and always see Netduma staff and fellow forum members helping out others which you don’t really see in other forums.

    Why didn't I receive an email confirmation after ordering?
    Your email server may have blocked our order confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder, as it may be there. You should also look for a confirmation email from PayPal, which is less likely to be blocked. If you haven't received either email but are certain you placed an order, please email us at [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you. Kindly provide your full name and, if possible, your order number.
    I can only enter part of my address, how do I provide my full address?
    You're on the cart/basket page, you can enter a few details about your location to see whether we ship to your country and the estimated shipping price. Once you go to checkout you can enter your full address and see the final cost.
    Can I change my order details?
    If you need to amend your delivery details, please email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name, the updated details, and your order number, if possible.
    Can I get a discount?
    Absolutely! Use the code "GAMEON10" at checkout to save 10%.
    When will the Netduma R3 ship?
    Orders placed before 1pm UK time on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery is handled by the courier you select at checkout (usually UPS), with the estimated delivery time displayed when you choose your shipping option. All routers are shipped from the United Kingdom. While delivery estimates are very accurate, they cannot be guaranteed.

    Will the router work with my connection / in my home?
    The Netduma router is compatible with all Internet Providers worldwide. We ensure that you receive a power cable or converter suited to your country's plug socket type. Setup is quick and easy—simply connect the router to your modem, and you're ready to go.
    Do you sell to my country?
    We ship to most countries. To check if yours is included, use the country drop-down menu when placing your order. If you live in the USA, UK, or EU, no customs duties will apply. For other countries, you may be subject to customs duties. If so, the courier (e.g. UPS) or your local customs office will contact you. Any customs fees will be your responsibility to pay.
    How can I track my order?
    You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order is dispatched. Please use this link to check the status of your shipment here.

    Do I need to sign for my delivery once it arrives?
    Yes, you will need to sign for the delivery. If you're not home during the day, we recommend choosing your workplace or providing instructions for the courier to leave the package with a trusted neighbour. If delivery is attempted and you're unavailable, the courier will attempt to redeliver on the next available day (usually the following day). You'll receive a message informing you of the attempted delivery before the next attempt is made.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay by credit or debit card (Mastercard and Visa), or using Paypal Express Checkout.

    Are there any hidden fees and subscription costs?
    No, there are no hidden costs or subscription fees for the features pre-installed on your router. However, if you want to use our Hybrid VPN feature to apply a VPN to your devices, you will need a subscription to a VPN server, which typically costs between $5 and $15 per month. Please note that Netduma does not provide VPN servers.
