They've taken off the ability to apply at the moment, not sure why, either because they'll open it again closer to the time or they'll do an open beta.

That's really impossible to say as it depends on how many issues are found during the beta.

The XR300 beta hasn't started yet but if you've signed up then you'll likely get it pretty quickly when it is ready.
