  1. I feel like you could accomplish this in 1 day if really you were putting any effort into it. Are you? Or is this just the run around?
  2. There is no Dallas or Chicago, netduma heat map is a lazy effort and they just put all the known amazon data centers, they didnt ever test if they were real. They also didnt update the geo filter. All this and bf6 having these bugs is really taking away from my fun.. Can you guys please make a priority to make sure popular games work? Bf6 is shooter of year and yet ...the most sought after feature on netduma routers still doesnt work anywhere jn the world other than central Europe. I bet thats where you guys play! Please update the USA server geo filter map and severs with their respective locations. Its been 2 months about and more since beta
  3. Watching closely and waiting in anticipation. I almost need this to be able to play bf6 properly because the default server near me is actually broken and causes latency variation icons. Next week, I hope this actually goes through
  4. Yes, as Ritchie1909 said, ty for being so responsive for all these years. Got a ball park for ETA on update for cloud?
  5. a512e2adaf445b60 a7125c27af465b60 a5126f3aaf445b60 ab120cd7af4a5b60 a9129762af485b60 a9123b06af485b60 aa12f2bdaf495b60 ac122bf6af4b5b60 ac12a873af4b5b60 a712d09baf465b60 a5123702af445b60 a912945faf485b60 ac12935eaf4b5b60 aa124813af495b60 a91223eeaf485b60 These are just a few, while i have Xplay ON, Rush game mode and Conquest mode selected for custom search Platform is Xbox Every single one of these ID's and MORE appear by default in Oklahoma. Cloud resync has been clicked several times. Please update server locations of the provided ID's and the others. BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT MORE! I feel as I may come off as a bit rude, but I need you to understand how frusterating it is how not be able to use the product you paid for, or be able to enjoy the game because the router you bought for the geo fence hasnt been updated for Battlefield 6, the most selling bF title to date.
  6. lol it's all of them...I have not found a single one that filters correctly. Yes, first thing i did was resync cloud.
  7. yes, it tries to connect to server that appears to be in Oklahoma. (visually) but that could be lack of updates on netduma end from you guys.... Cant even use the geo filter at all for bf6 on xbox series x. The ping heatmap doesnt work for any game forever now either. It would be nice if you at least updated those things on older routers, even though there wont be any more firmware updates.
  8. Lemme guess, all users who experience this have fiber and high bandwidth, and ping below 30.
  9. Limit your bandwidth, high bandwidth low ping is punished in fps games, if you geo filter dont find lowest ping server, tey something in 50s or 70 latency range. Fiber users are the minority so developers build games that are favorable towards the most avg latency that way when 1 of the 2 sides complains, its the smaller base fiber users who take the hit. In other words fps gaming is a joke nowadays.
  10. Thanks, noticed it was cleaned up.
  11. i dont want the lowest ping server, I want to see them where they are properly located. AS it is now they have Voice Chat servers placed in Europe and some East Coast USA, Ping's incorrect for the distance. It's a mess and a lot of games are like this now on the router due to lack of updates Do you have a suggestion for a non netduma Router than can achieve the effect of geo-filter? If I can i'll go somewhere else for working service.
  12. Seriously, I'm going to need more than just a "I'll let the team know" I've been waiting for months for you to update heatmap feature or refresh your Server ID and geo-map.
  13. I'm seeing reports of other players stuck in Texas server region through no fault of their own. Clearly ubisofts got some issues atm. But r6s heat map and server locations do need a refresh. Plz make it happen, captain
  14. @Netduma Fraser No matter what I do it's connecting me to Texas data center, I click start in r6s and see what data center I am connected to) that's how I check if it's geo filtering properly, as r6s isn't the same as other games. Previously b4 today I could choose what ever data center I wanted to play on by geo filtering properly, the locations were sometimes shown in Europe for login and voice chat servers and I'd just make another polygon around that area for login and voice to work. Today no matter where I set geo filter it's forcing me to try and connect to texas now, it's shown as being blocked by router and errors when it attempts to connect. I really would appreciate it if you could look into this for me and I'd really love for the r6s heat map and geo filter servers to be updated. Edit:: after 2 full factory resets 1 from ui and 1 from rear pin on router, it's still not working, something had changed either on netdumas end or ubisoft since yesterday.
  15. I was filtering fine before today, now it's forcing me to connect to the nearest server disregarding my geo filter settings. I even factory reset the xr500 to see if it was a bug or something. It didn't fix it. Also the ping heat map for R6S is outdated, the servers are red with no reply, but on geo filter they are clearly there and I was playing on them. For example Texas isn't pinging a reply, but that's where it's forcing me to play. I wad able to force west coast or east coast before today. Platform xbox series I might try a non UI hard back button reset next
  16. U didn't by chance break geo filtering for rainbow six siege by messing eith xdefiant testing? @Netduma Fraser
  17. looking forward to it, otherwise i have to filter my own servers and test them individually which like u said is a lot of work. So i am really looking fwd to having them properly sorted!
  18. I looked up the IP's of the servers and it turns out even the lower ping servers I thought were perhaps in France are actually in germany as well. They are of the same provider though, at least according to iplookup. Just kind of strange that some of those servers give me a better experience even though they are supposedly all located in the same country/city and on the same network and ip range. Are there no more French servers for BF 2042? I think the OP said he was sometimes connecting to them, I cannot find them on Geo-Filter though, So maybe 2042 GEo Filter servers do just need a Refresh from Netduma teams end. This is the IDs i get a good connection to. 340329f4a0d34146 34032ffaa0d34146 vs bad servers 3403d9a4a0d34146 35034d18a0d44146 there are ofc more Thanks
  19. When I view the servers in geo filter 2042 (for europe) all the servers are located in 1 location stacked onto eachother. To me that indicates the servers are mislocated by netduma. I am using a xr 500. It would be much appreciated if you could separate the European server ID's to their geo respective locations on the geo filter map. Ps5 EU is the only place to play crossplay off battlefield 2042 in the entire world but when I get connected to Germany the connection is sub optmilal compared to what I assume are the French and United Kingdom servers. I am thinking this would help the op as well.
  20. BTW I think u need to set your console as a computer in device manager, unless you are already on pc then the option should be there on thr hybrid vpn page to vpn only these services. That should get you to the page to import ports gl
  21. What kind of optimization tests? I am interested in your router as well. Thx
  22. You didn't use the router correctly then. You use hybrid vpn and choose only vpn these services. You set up the rules for 2 ports, 3070 and another I believe.(334?) Then it behaves the same as the sbmm off service you like. Connect to servers with your normal ping, but if you check cod options you'll see your geographical location has changed. Try it like that then check lobbies avg kd with your tool and let us know
  23. Browser is only for unofficial mode / servers, portal the main game has no browser and th3 feature could be useful
