They usually use the same servers for the games so it's likely they've added more/replaced some with newer ones. I think what you've got is great for now and then when the game launches we can test further and you can provide any then if we miss any in an update, thanks!

You shouldn't have had to pay customs fees originally as you're in the EU so I don't know how that happened. We use a distributor now and it's mainly UPS, we're limited to the options they use/provide/that can give us the best rates. If you have a look on the site you can see how much it would cost now with UPS and see how it compares with what you paid previously

We've made the changes and are testing the cloud update ourselves to make sure there aren't any issues then we'll do a gradual rollout.

You need to ask for it, if you previously had early access to the R2 firmwares you’re in (if i’m not mistaken) , if not you should ask @Netduma Fraser

At least in the UK it's a national holiday here due to Easter so I suspect still a lot of people gaming at the moment
