  1. Yeah, I actually did it right after the issue occurred & after I noticed some devices didn't have a reserved IP address. So now everything currently has a reserved IP.
  2. Not all of them, for example the Oppo phone didn't have a reserved IP. However there were others who didn't have a reserved IP either but they were able to connect (2.4ghz, instead of 5ghz, but still) This happened after a download on Wifi, again. Xbox PC app, if it matters. What I noticed is that things didn't go back to normal until the DL was finished AND a reboot. When I attempted rebooting when the download was still active, it was a matter of minutes before some devices switched to 2.4ghz wifi and others simply disconnected. The laptop that was doing the download kept the advertisted ISP speeds according to the network activity in the router interface
  3. Hi @Netduma Fraser it happened again. I managed to grab the logs this time Some devices switched to 2.4GHz, but there are others who could not reconnect at all For example the Oppo Reno10 Pro 5G phone (MAC address ee:50:82:fe:58:40) was unable to reconnect no matter what, and a reboot was necessary. I'm attaching the entire log file but I believe this part is the most relevant, could you take a look please? 4. I've been a victim of this problem as well. For the past few weeks (since upgrading to .540) it was fine, but earlier today, the issue returned, after a large download via Wifi. So I had to reboot the router twice. After first reboot the Wifi connection worked correctly for like 15 minutes then I noticed my devices started disconnecting again. After the 2nd reboot (via power button this time) so far so good, but I'm afraid the problem will return if I initiate another big download on Wifi.
  5. Won't that cause any problems with Smartboost or other features?
  6. @Netduma FraserCould I receive access to this firmware please?
  7. I went to sleep, and today when I opened the interface everything was working correctly. I'll record next time when/if it happens again.
  8. Hi @Netduma Fraser, something weird just happened with my R3. I was playing the BO6 beta on PC. Suddenly the game froze and I got disconnected. Internet completely stopped working on my PC. No connection. DumaOS interface was inaccessible. But here's the thing, my phone which was connected via Wifi, still had connection. I double checked, it wasn't my ISP. I rebooted the router manually and the connection came back to the PC, however I still wasn't able to use the DumaOS interface. It only loaded to the main page and I couldn't go to the geo filter, device manager or any other tab. I rebooted manually for the 2nd time and now everything works properly. Well never mind.I have access to the internet, but the dumaOS interface is still borked...Not working properly. Takes quite long to load and I can't access different settings.
  9. Hi again, I'm returning with two more screenshots. first one was taken when the issue was happening - Download speed was barely around 15MB/s. Second screenshot was after a reboot. Also after rebooting, the speed improved massively, it was up to 100MB/s.
  10. Geo filter not working for me on BO6 beta. PC (Game Pass version).
  11. Hi, I believe it's happening again so I took a screenshot of the CPU usage while downloading a 20GB file. Also attached a log file. R3_2024-08-28T22_30_33.375Z_logs.txt
  12. I'll try. So after the R3 has been powered on for a few days - 4 or 5, as the other poster stated sounds about right- DL speeds will be drastically reduced. It happened again yesterday when I was downloading a file from Mega.nz and the speeds were significantly lower than usual. It looked like they were capped at around 8 MB/s even though I should get way more than that. The most recent speed test I did (via DumaOS interface) says my download speed is 881 Mbps.
  13. I'm experiencing something similar. At first I thought it was my ISP, but now it's like the third time it has happened for me and a reboot always fixes it. 4.0.236 version
  14. Fair enough, I understand.
  15. I managed to get Hybrid VPN to work with CoD on PC, however I ran into the same issue as this poster: Without port 443 added, it doesn't work at all. But when I add 443, everything on my PC is affected by the VPN which is not what I want. Is there any way to overcome this, or should I give up? Thanks!
  16. There's currently an open beta for UFL on Xbox Series and PS5. It ends on Jun 9th. I know there's not a lot of time to add it to the geo filter but I think it would be a nice addition in case there's another beta in the near future. Thanks!
  17. This list http://raw.githubusercontent.com/hagezi/dns-blocklists/main/domains/multi.txt At first I couldn't add it, so I did some research on the forum and apparently you have to change https to http. With http I was able to add the list, however it doesn't seem to do anything at all. The adblocker page in my DumaOS interface doesn't show anything. Literally nothing is blocked. I'd like to clarify that the default Netduma lists (Ads & Tracking) do work, only the third party one by Hagezi that I added does not. Any advice? Thanks.
  18. Hi, I haven't had any major issues with the R3 so far, other than internet connection randomly disconnecting (although I think it was an issue with my ISP and it hasn't happened for a week) but just now whenever I visit ANY internet page, it loads extremely slowly. So I thought I would check out the DumaOS router interface but it gets stuck on "features loading" And then I get a "something went wrong! And error occurred" message. What gives?
  19. Hi, I didn't get a reply in one of the existing topics so I'm making my own, I hope that's okay. My question is, for the geo filter to work correctly, should I set my PC as a console in the device manager? From what I remember a few years ago, it was recommended to do this with the previous DumaOS routers, but is it still the case? And if so, could I get an explanation? Because when I set it as a console, I get a message that says that the geo filter works differently for console and PC. From my limited testing, I haven't noticed any difference when my PC is set as console or computer. But of course I could have missed something. I would appreciate some insight on this topic, thanks.
  20. Just curious - because I don't really understand, why is this necessary? I get a message saying "Consoles and PC's are filtered using a different method." should I just ignore this and set my PC as a console? Does it work better that way, or is it just for some games?
  21. Just received mine!
  22. I ordered on Dec 7th and just received the mail from DHL. Nice!
  23. I ordered one as well, I thought it was time to move on from my XR500. Hopefully the R3 lives up to the hype.
  24. Hello @Netduma Fraser I would appreciate some assistance. I have enabled the geo filter for multiple devices. I included my brother's PC, for Call of Duty. Is it possible that it could be causing issues with matchmaking in OTHER multiplayer games? Like not being able to join certain servers? Or does the Call of Duty geo filter profile only affect COD? Thanks!
  25. My console's power setting is set to "shutdown (energy saving)". I believe it's the same with my PC, it's also seen as inactive when gaming. I didn't factory reset the router after installing the beta firmware, maybe it's happening because of that?
