NetDume R1 with Cyberghost vpn

Hi, I would like to get help with setting up Cyberghost VPN with my NetDuma R1 latest firmware. I really love using R1 features but i cannot get Cyberghost VPN working. I have tried many different configurations but no luck. I have also msged Cybeghost and they send me email that they dont support Netduma R1 even tho they should. its Open VPN and R1 must support it too. Also when i try to connect, it just says failed and there is no log file as well, which is strange to me. I would really like to get this working. Im Eastern time and i can be reached all day. Grab he OpenVPn file for Linux systems for the server you like and then use that. Hopefully it works but let us know if not by pasting the VPN log here.

Hi. Thank you for answering. Below are files that I get from Cyberghost also, they gave me unique User and Password for my Open VPN (UPD). So one file is Config and rest of files are Keys/ Certificates. I copy from Config and combine that with keys to get full scrip but it doesn't work. Also, I mentioned it before, Im not getting any LOG when trying to connect with Hybrid VPN on NetDuma R1, i was getting LOG on previous firmware but not on the latest.  Feel free to msg me on discord if you want. KingSeryoga21#0092

Use the top block and the ca block, remove the rest and try again, does that work?

Hi, I just tried copying first Part from Config file and Ca Certificate, it just says failed and doesn't give a log file =(

Are you using the files meant for a Windows PC? Could you get the files for Linux and then post them here please then we can look and edit as well

Thanks for that, I think you had the right idea in the first config but remove the line resolv-retry infinite and try again please

Hi, I tried removing line you told me Resolve-retry infinity. But nothing happen after that, same things as before and no log file. Here is new config i tried but without that line and i removed keys to make it shorter.

I think enable will have been set automatically so disable it, fill in all the information then enable it, does it work then?

I always fill in all the information when its disable and then i try to connect and it just fails.

I'll pass this on to the team to take a look at. They may be able to add support in basic setup for Cyberghost which may work.
