David824 Posted August 2, 2018 Share Posted August 2, 2018 SO I had to do a factory reboot on my R1 the other day, everything is working fine but the flower (I think that's what people call it) all black. I have rebooted the R1 a few times to see if it would catch back and its just staying black and all I'm seeing are the number in little white circles. Also, on my cloud setting (whitelist and the other two) my numbers went back to 1's...should I change that or do they reset on their own? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The flower us usually black because you have so few devices connected that the flower isn't really needed. I believe this happens when there's only one or two devices connected. If it's black when you have many devices connected, try using a different browser, making sure you're on the default theme and on the latest version. For the cloud you could just select Auto Cloud and Bleeding Edge. You'll then be on the very latest version and won't need to change the numbers. I hope to push some changes to the Flower in the future to make it 'prettier' when there's only 2 devices connected. We might one day bring out a Table View mode as well, so if there's too many or too few devices added you'll be able to see them in a basic table instead.
