  1. OK...I just remembered flush cloud...and then I noticed to resync it...it wont let me...I keep getting this app is taking too long please try again later.
  2. Under Geo filter....click on the 3 lines...mine use to say flush cloud...now its saying resync cloud....Im wanting to know why it changed from flush cloud to resync cloud....which is why I was asking...if its saying im not sync...am I not getting any updated server changes or anything like that.
  3. Ive tried everything...it still shows I need to resync the cloud...When I sign into cold war..it shows servers on the map...what I'm wondering is ...am I getting any updated servers...or because it doesnt sync...I'm getting stuck with nothing but other servers that my router knows about but no new changes.
  4. No every now and then I like to flush the cloud....the actual button is saying resync cloud on it....I click on it and then it times out saying it is taking too long.
  5. I already found the port...all ports work except for 3074....If I put in 3074 port and disable UPNP it makes me COD games moderate everytime. I have no trouble with other ports....we just cant figure out what/where my router is using 3074 at.
  6. Yeah I get that but then why have port forwarding on your router if it doesn't work.
  7. I keep seeing resync cloud under my QOS...but everytime I try and click on it...it just says the app is taking too long....why is it saying to resync cloud and how do I get it to finally sync
  8. Sad to report....I'm still reading moderate when taking UPNP off...with doing everything we talked about....at this point I just want to know why I cant use port forwarding...I know I can "just use UPNP" but I have to be honest...I dont like having something that doesnt work, ya know.
  9. I'm going to send you a picture of the ports they said on sony to use for PS5....then tomorrow...I'll will turn off UPNP and reboot the router and then turn on my ps5...and see what that does...and I'll let you know. As always Fraser...I really do thank you for all the help and help trying to figure out whats going on whenever I have questions.
  10. ok...I just looked up the normal PSN ps5 ports..and put them in for now....again.,...I'm not sure why if i pull upnp off...it reads mod...is there just no why to figure out where the 3074 port is being grabbed behind the scenes somewhere?
  11. heres how I would put them in....
  12. i actually just done 3074 by itself......as for that rule...did I put them in wrong?....I pulled it off of one of the threads on here......should it be 1-65335 then again 1-65335?
  13. actually I made a mistake....if I run JUST ports...I get a MOD in cold war....if i run just UPNP...I get an open...if I run them I get an open....so somewhere my port forwarding isnt working right or theres something reading cod ports and my port forwarding is seeing it.
  14. ok so on my R2 ....I enabled oof them them and put in ports...and it took...but in cold war....I'm runng a moderate nat...if I go back to UPNP it grabs 3074 in the list and I'm open....so somewhere 3074 is being used which is why I'm getting mod nat with just ports...this is really strange. When I had the R1 I could go back and forth all the time and not have any problems...the R1 is what made me realize I got much better hit detection...it just doesnt seem to want to work for me on the xr700 and R2.
  15. sure!...but its just a pop up saying its already being use and cant be used twice...It took me a little to figure out that it was 3074..I got the popup when i did the normal 1-65535 then I just PSN ports...still got it....finally I noticed if I didnt add 3074 to the ports they all took...so thats how I figured its that port.
  16. I do have ipv6 because I have ATT fiber ..and ATT told me they do use ipv4 and 6 both in their fiber bit I'm not having trouble getting an open nat...I just want to put it in port forwarding to see if I get better hit registration like I use too..that's all ..I havent ever messed with port triggering so I know that's not it. I do have the ps5 in console in traffic prioritization...but I believe I even turned them off...you think I is still grabbing it with it turned off?..should I delete it out just to test if that's what's grabbing it? Guess I will delete any traffic prioritization disable ipv6 on the router to see if it works then?
  17. yes when I turn UPNP on....but I'll turn it off and save it...then reboot the router to make sure its cleared out...then when it boots back up...I go try to use just ports (only reason I like using ports over upnp is i feel like I get better hit registration....but even after all those steps...its still saying its being used....also my PS5 is powered completely off the whole time.
  18. no Im not in DMZ...I just have UPNP ...my nat open...and I have my ps5 ip reserved..thats..Ive made no rules
  19. I have found something happen on both my XR700 and my R2....when trying to just port forward I'm noticing when I try to port forward port 3074 it tells me it cant because its already being used. I have UPNP turn off....I turn it off and then save it and then reboot the router so it clear it out. Go back to port forwarding and try it again and its still saying it cant because its already in use. What would be making my router use port 3074 which is COD...when I dont have the game on...I actually have the ps5 turn off..not in rest mode either...like turned off. Now on my R2..it lets me put 3074 in the ports but when I sign into the any COD game is says I am moderate, I'm assuming cause its being used twice somewhere?
  20. Thats what I thought also....I ended up disabling UPNP and not doing ports...then rebooted to wipe away any port that would still be used maybe...then booted back up I put in ports...and the mod nat came back. I didnt see that much of a difference....but anytime I have had a mod nat...I mostly only saw it when tryingt o join other friends party...and it was so late last night...there was no one on.
  21. So tonight when playing COD I was feeling behind a lot in ever game...so I thought I would not use UPNP and try port forwarding because I always thought I felt a difference doing it with my R1...but now it wont even let me put a port in...I keep getting this..... RPC error 'ERROR_UNKNOWN': bad argument #1 to 'gmatch' (string expected, got nil) -> stack traceback: ?: in function <?:73> [C]: in function 'gmatch' ?: in function 'split' ?: in function '?' ?: in function '?' ?: in function <?:387> ?: in function <?:382> [C]: in function 'xpcall' ?: in function 'try' ?: in function <?:346> [C]: in function 'run' ?: in function <?:405> [C]: in function 'xpcall' ?: in function 'try' ?: in function <?:263> (tail call): ? ?: in function <?:30> [C]: in function 'xpcall' ?: in main chunk [C]: ? I did a search on here and found others were getting it but it was before the new update (which i have the new update) and Im not seeing if there was ever a fix. I get IP reserve it to get a open nat...and I can also use DMZ. I just think paying 150 bucks for a router I should be able to use ports if I want to. is there a fix? BTW I tried factory resetting it a few times to see if it would let me use port forwarding and i get that pop up every time. UPDATE: I figured out that if I run DMZ...it give me the popup....if I disable DMZ and just do a IP reserve it actually lets me put in ports and no popup. However...when I put in the ports I got from on this website, I go into COD and it gives me a moderate nat...even after rebooting everything. If I remove all the ports and run UPNP....and go back in ...it gives me an open. any ideas why?
