Since the server has such a low ping even though it's 8000km away, the server will be mis-located. Is auto ping server pinging that west US circle, or were you manually pinging one of those dots in Europe? The US one is enlarged suggesting that's the Seattle server (or one that's mislocated there anyway, since you would only get that with a ping assist symbol if you have ping assist at 150ms+) but I've never seen mislocated player hosts like that.
