MindSpasms Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 I believe that I've read that the people that help us out at Duma can access our routers with permission of course,, My question is would it be feasible to ask to have our settings checked out to make sure we are getting optimum performance ? Even though my gaming experience is much better I am sure that I am far from optimized. Some of the language used here is Greek to me since it just isn't in my field ,, just like if I tried explaining some of the things I do it would be Greek to others.. I for one would not mind having my router settings gone through ,,, set up appointment times ... It may be way off base just thought ide throw it out there.
PharmDawgg Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 I dont believe that would be a problem. Now they are busy and they would probably have to prioritize based on other support issues but it want hurt to ask. Any admin can access your router so that would be either Fraser, Crossy or Zennon. Either of those guys are great at what they do. So just direct message one of them to setup a one on one.
