Scuderia NL Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 Before the .5 update I had no problems connecting to online games. Yesterday I updated to the .5 update and since then I'm having major problems connecting to online games. It does not matter how small or how big I set the GeoFilter. I just can't connect anymore, not alone and not with friends. Also if I turn off the GeoFilter it seems to take forever to take affect. I'm playing on the Xbox One and the game is BO3
Alex49H Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 I am on the PS4 and as of yesterday I could not find any either on BO3. I only see a server in New Jersey but the usual servers are no longer there.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted December 3, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted December 3, 2015 Hey, welcome to the forum I'd suggest enabling bleeding edge cloud and also expanding the GeoFilter to at least 1000km.
Scuderia NL Posted December 4, 2015 Author Posted December 4, 2015 Hey, welcome to the forum I'd suggest enabling bleeding edge cloud and also expanding the GeoFilter to at least 1000km. I did this and it is still terrible. The router is just not working for me.
PharmDawgg Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 I have to admit the same thing was happening to me last night. It would take a very long time to place you in the lobby.
Administrators Netduma Iain Posted December 4, 2015 Administrators Posted December 4, 2015 Hi, If others are having an issue, it's most likely an issue with the game and servers being down. However I noticed that your filtering is way too strict. Expecting to get a host: within 500km or 30 ms Is very optimistic, I'd suggest either the following or a combination of: Strict mode off will get you games fast. Ignore the location of server but the ping you get. If they are low you're sorted Increase ping assist to 50ms, that is what we recommend Increase your distance by clicking the snap button twice. The snap button is the one to the right of the magnifying glass on host filtering page
