I see is a common issue being ignored...

How is it getting ignored when there are replies to his thread?!

I did that to from 4 upload im getting 1.9

Can you check the following:

  • You have the correct speeds entered in congestion control.
  • You have IPv6 disabled in Settings >> Miscellaneous, LAN and WAN.
  • You have the sliders set to 100% and have pressed reset distribution.
  • Also can you see what the exact speeds are that you get through your ISP router are.

So far everyone that I have done a 1 on 1 with that has said about reduced speeds, I told before hand to reset device prio & apply. They said they had and then when I went on their router and did what I had suggested speeds returned instantly.

If there is an issue I want to find it so we can fix it, thus far I have not found an issue in any of the 1 on 1s I have done. If you believe you do have an issue you are welcome to PM and I can do a 1 on 1 with you.

I didn't say this to sound rude Just saying I made a similar thread about having same issue and got deleted now I'm not even using my brand new netduma since upgrading my Internet speed everything was fine when I had 30 download 10 upload but now with a gigabit connection I can barely get 30 down 30 upload

I had the same issue, my internet speed is 100dl - 20 ul but when i connected netduma i was getting 9dl - 1ul

my isp box is huawei echolife and they fixed this one to the wall and i have to connect a buffalo router to it in order to apply my pppoe username and password on the buffalo router since i cannot access the huawei box provided by my isp

i have removed the buffalo router and connected netduma to isp box and applied pppoe username and password on netduma, but i was not getting the full speed even after following the below trouble shooting steps

- set bandwidth 100dl - 20ul

- algorithm - reactive

- set download and upload cap to 100%

- share access - ticked

- reset distribution and then click apply distribution

- disable VPN and click apply

- disable IPv6 from WAN and LAN settings

- from miscellaneous settings - disable deep packet processing

- from miscellaneous settings - disable super turbo mode and turbo mode

- from WAN setting - enable pppoe and enter username and password

and I've made a speed test but was still getting very low speed!

the issues was resolved after doing the following:

- Disabled pppoe settings on netduma and cleared username and password

- connected the buffalo router to my isp huawei box and then connected the netduma to the buffalo router (i didnt chose bridged mode on buffalo router)

- entered pppoe information on buffalo router

- connected my laptop to netduma via cable and made speed test result was almost 100dl - 20ul exactly what I'm paying for

i hope this helps pppoe users and doesn't confuse you

BTW I'm in Dubai and ISP is etisalat
