have i setup the duma right on bt hub 5

Not really an techy guy but if done correctly should this message disappear when it says :

 

"We have detected you are connected to another router (opposed to an modem).in most caes the netduma R1 circumvents this,however if an game detects closed Nat you may to enable modem mode or Dmz click here fkr more information"

 

If anyone is willing to help im good for people to use team viewer to have look throught my isp bt hub 5 to see if i have done correctly

That message is fine! If you want to confirm your settings are correct you can read this guide which shows how to set it up with the HH5.

It's just telling you that you're behind a router and provides easy access to your hub's interface. If you put it in modem mode (if possible) the message will disappear. It's nothing to worry about

It's ok I have the same hub and still get the message but the R1 is in the hub DMZ. Really easy to set up.

I bypassed the hub all together and go Modem - R1.
