Buds Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Party keeps crashing for me even when it is just me in it. I join party to save me having to mute people on XBL Not sure the party system is that robust on XB1. But if anything on the R1 side can be improved to help then that would be great and save me having to reconnect it.
Guest Netduma_Iain Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Can you guys try disable geo-filter when it happens and see if it works please
Buds Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Will do and report back later this evening. But if I switch xbox on now this presentation is not going to get done. TBH never even thought party might be R1, just assumed it was flaky xbox lol.
Zennon Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 There was a dash and controller update , did you guy's do the Feb update and was it after this that you started to see the problem?

I still have not had the dash update weirdly. Party always been a bit flaky in my experience. Still remember playing halo with Iain and Luke and Luke was having to chat via Skype as we couldn't hear him in party lol.
Buds Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Do the presentation Buds! No! I don't want to As I trot off to make another cuppa

Guest Netduma_Iain Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 abc please see the other party chat thread
abc123 Posted February 16, 2015 Author Posted February 16, 2015 this is still happening... pulled my laptop up but the issue is there are tons of padlocks...
Guest Netduma_Iain Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Ok abc can you move your distance/pa to reset the padlocks then look out for a new one that pops up when party chat fails. If one pops up at all. Thanks again
Ashy Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Try portforwarding 16000 tcp/udp thats matchmaking and xbox chat port.

Keith Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 I know this thread isn't about PSN Chat/Nat issues, but having similar situation on my PS4. I have a friend in Southern California- Have him Whitelisted on my Duma- Only me in Chat party, and when I invited him into it yesterday his dotted line expanded, but a yellow exclamation triangle was flashing along the west coast of California. He connected to the chat, but we were hit with a NAT type issue, so no voice chat I did expand geofilter to include this triangle before I made a new chat party, which seemed to resolve the issue. Is this yellow triangle a PSN server that needs to be whitelisted?
Guest Netduma_Iain Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Hi Bobbie, I think it is, we will have IDs in the latest update you can tell us the ID of it and we can whitelist it for everyone using a cloud update.

I did manage to click on it before it disappeared. Where do I get the ID? The handle I assigned to it? Btw, It's BobbLe! Happens all the time!
Guest Netduma_Iain Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 That won't be available to the new 1.03 version. For now can you just expand to include it till we release that other version later on in the week please.
