Oli23 Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Im only having this issue with the r1. When i connect the ps4 to my "main Router" its all fine. Any help?
iantweed Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I have this issue too. It happens maybe once every 5-6 hours of play (ps4 connected by cable) It kicks me out of the game I'm playing, but the connection is always back up quickly. Also the wifi drops fairly often (maybe the same frequency, hard to know), coming back up instantly but requiring a prompt on Netflix to start again
PharmDawgg Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 FYI: This is a SonyPlaystation issue. If you Google this issue you will see many people having the same error message pop up. There has been no resolution yet. I would probably contact Sony.
Oli23 Posted November 9, 2015 Author Posted November 9, 2015 But i dont have this problem with other routers
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted November 9, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted November 9, 2015 Try using a different cable, I different port on the Netduma and also make sure the cables are plugged in all the way and aren't loose
Oli23 Posted November 10, 2015 Author Posted November 10, 2015 Ok, i enabled ipv4 and ipv6 in my first router (ipv6 was disabled) because ipv6 is enabled in the r1. And i changed my mtu (http://www.letmecheck.it/mtu-test.php). Havent had the error since these changes...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 10, 2015 Administrators Posted November 10, 2015 Ahh great news! Follow http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=fine_tune_netdumajust to see if you need IPv6 enabled on the R1 or not
