PharmDawgg Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 It is a hardware issue. It doesn't have the capability. Only 2.4ghz b/g/n which works great.
dominican_3niz Posted November 3, 2015 Author Posted November 3, 2015 iight but it will work on the next update righ
PharmDawgg Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 No sir. The only way for it to work is for them to build a whole new router. If you need 5ghz you can setup another router with 5ghz as an access point. You would then turn your wifi off on the Netduma and only use the other router's wifi.
dominican_3niz Posted November 3, 2015 Author Posted November 3, 2015 and how can i make a static ip like where can i find the numbers cuz i try but is not working i guess some numbers just not right i know that why we got upnp but i just wanne know how to static manually
PharmDawgg Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Do you mean a static ip for a device like your console or PC?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 3, 2015 Administrators Posted November 3, 2015 I would leave static IP alone unless you absolutely need if for something specific. If you want a static IP for a device you can go to DHCP lease and reserve one for it
dominican_3niz Posted November 4, 2015 Author Posted November 4, 2015 Do you mean a static ip for a device like your console or PC? YES HOW DO I DO IT
PharmDawgg Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 Just follow those previous directions posted by Fraser. Go to DHCP lease and reserve one for the device.
fuzzy clam Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 Like Buck said if you need 5 ghz set up your other router in AP mode, and besides 2.4 ghz is better for gaming anyway. That's what your getting on your consoles anyway.
